The apartment is not far from Tempelhofer-Damm where you can find lots of shops, cafes, malls, restaurants, etc. Next to the apartment is the metro station 6 (U6) which takes you direct to the center of Berlin. Not far from the apartment you can reach also Tempelhofer-Feld which was before an airport and nowadays is used as a Park for doing sports, barbecues, events, etc.

House rules

• Smoking and/or pets are not allowed in the apartment.
• The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, be aware that loud noises could disturb neighbors. I kindly ask my guests to consider maintaining this quiet atmosphere specially after 09:00pm/21:00hrs.
• Downloads and/or streaming of movies, music or any other is not allowed (in Germany illegal downloads or streaming are forbidden and punished with expensive fines). The tenant is responsible of paying these fines.
• We strongly recommend a regular cleaning service and maintenance of the apartment.
• At the end of your tenancy there is a final cleaning fee due. We charge for a regular final cleaning (incl. 3 hours): 75,00€, every additional hour costs 25,00€ in case that the apartment require an extensive cleaning work.

Minimum rental period:  6 months.

Deposit: 2 monthly rent

Rent: upon request.
